新型磁共振成像纳米胶束型磁共振造影剂的技术
核磁共振是一种**的非侵入性临床诊断技术,但是受限于其灵敏度,针对**组织与正常组织微环境间的差异,特别是微小温度差异的检测并不能取得很好的效果。
发展了一种对生理温度范围内微小温度差异进行检测的新方法。研究者制备了一种纳米胶束型磁共振造影剂增强其灵敏度,该种造影剂能在人体生理温度范围内对微小的温度变化做出响应。利用热敏型胶束作为载体,研究者们设计了这种基于化学交换饱和转移成像的纳米磁共振造影剂。这种直径小于100纳米的胶束粒子在37度发生结构和形态的变化,改变了造影剂所携带结合水所在微环境的化学交换速率,进而使得其化学交换饱和转移效应发生了明显的改变。通过化学交换饱和转移成像方法,研究者们获得这种温度敏感型造影剂对不同温度时信号的智能放大。由于响应的温度范围接近人体生理温度,使得该造影剂在临床应用上具有重要意义。
