脂质组分购自Avanti Polar Lipids公司（美国阿拉巴马州阿拉巴斯特）（其缩写见表1）。用于粘附实验的马来酰亚胺气泡由90  mol% DSPC、7  mol% DSPE-PEG2000和3  mol% DSPE-PEG2000-马来酰亚胺组成，后者在其亲水尾部含有马来酰亚胺部分（图1）。用于对照实验的生物素化气泡采用相同成分制备，只是用3  mol% DSPE-PEG2000-生物素代替马来酰亚胺脂质。

Bubble and phantom preparations

Lipid components were purchased from Avanti Polar Lipids (Alabaster, AL, USA) (their acronyms are specified in Table 1). The maleimide bubbles for adhesion experiments were composed of 90 mol% DSPC, 7 mol% DSPE-PEG2000, and 3 mol% DSPE-PEG2000-maleimide, which contains a maleimide moiety on its hydrophilic tail (Fig. 1). The biotinylated bubbles for the control experiment were prepared with the same composition except that 3 mol% DSPE-PEG2000-biotin was substituted for the maleimide lipids.
