Low CMC values indicate that the polymer is prone to micelle formation and relatively stable. Polymer micelles were prepared using doxorubicin (DOX) as a model drug using dialysis method. The blank micelles have a particle size of 180-200 nm, uniform distribution, positively charged micelles, and good pH responsiveness.
