It works by relaxing both skeletal muscles and vascularsmooth muscles, thus demonstrating avariety of effects such as reduction ofmyotonia, improvement of circulationand suppression of the pain reflex. Eperisone Hydrochloride ((±)-Eperisone hydrochloride) is a centrally acting muscle relaxant inhibiting the pain reflex pathway, having a vasodilator effect[1][2 [3].
