50 ul affinity purified rabbit IgG (essentially all antibody is specific for the phospho MAP kinase with pT202-pY204).

Host: Rabbit

Species reactivity: Human, mouse, rat

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide containing phosphorylated MAPK motiff (pT202-E-pY204).

Suggested use: 1:1000-1:2000 for Western blotting or 1:250 -1:1000 for immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Short term storage: 2-8 C for up to 1 week.
Long term storage: -20 C or colder for up to 2 years. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
