DTX脂质体的表征
本研究采用乙醇注入法制备了含有DSPE-PEG2000-生物素的DTX-脂质体。测定了DTX-脂质体的粒径、PDI和zeta电位,结果如图S1所示。DTX-脂质体的平均粒径、PDI和zeta电位分别为177.2 nm、0.203和-14.7 mV。PDI小于0.3表示脂质体粒径分布均匀。包封率约为98%,载药量约为3.3%。DTX载药脂质体的形态
Characterization of the DTX-liposomes
In this study, DTX-liposomes with DSPE-PEG2000-biotin were prepared using ethanol injection method. The particle size, PDI and zeta potential of the DTX-liposomes were determined and shown in Fig. S1. The average particle size, PDI and zeta potential of DTX-liposomes were 177.2 nm, 0.203 and −14.7 mV, respectively. The PDI less than 0.3 mean the size of liposomes was distributed uniformly.
